Delivery Within Pakistan

All orders within Pakistan are routed through TCS, PostEx, Call Courier, and other courier services. Once your order is verified, it will reach its destination in 5–14 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Orders can be paid for via Cash on Delivery or online payment at checkout. Please provide your complete address and contact details at checkout to avoid any delay in delivery.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders of Rs. 7,000 or above, anywhere in Pakistan.

Customization & Advance Payment

Customization is available on selected products. Because customized items are made specifically for you and can't be resold, an advance payment applies in certain cases:

  1. Name added as a patch (not engraved directly): no advance payment is required — Cash on Delivery is available as usual.
  2. Name added (engraved directly) on the scrub: an advance payment of up to 50% of the order value is required before the order is processed; the rest will be on COD.
  3. Customizable black cap (name customization): an advance payment is required, the same as direct engraving.
  4. Customization on the Scrub: an advance payment of up to 50% of the order value is required before the order is processed for any sort of customization including 700/- additional charges for the personalization.

Note: Shortening or lengthening, added pockets, sleeve changes, or any other structural changes to the scrub, falls under Enamels' customization policy, according to which customer will pay 700/- extra for any tailoring/altering.
